From the ex mugi shop, Bussigny. Drinking and enjoying this can, two days ago, coming back from the Papillonrama, Kerzers. A good and classical barley wine, really smooth and syrupy, fruity, note of apricot, yeasty, light bitterness at the final, boozy. 03.07.24

Appearance: Cloudy pale amber with a tall off-white head. Aroma and taste: Dominant phenols, hay, bread, caramel, spicy notes. Light sweet, low bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Summary. What a mess!
