Misted deep gold to pale amber with a moderate off-white head. Old malt, candied grapefruit, honey, wormwood, grass, resin.

Cloudy reddish amber with a small off-white head. Water melon, lime, lactic notes, malt. Moderately sweet, light sourness along. Pop but OK.

Opaque deep brown to black with a small beige head. Roast, dark malts, smoked wood, peat, esters, treacle, whisky, hop, distant chocolate. Light sweet, medium hop bitterness, somewhat alcoholic. Dense & powerful. A little rough at the same time.

Straight from the can. Light gushing. pale malt, crackers, herbal & spicy noble hop. Clean & crisp. Medium dry. Light plus bitterness. OK.

As usual, I had pleasure to try a Russian ipa, after a busy day, it was the right option. This one is really smooth, malty, a bit sweet, discreet flavour of watermelon, pineapple, citrus, smooth bitterness, a bit light, refreshing, 24.05.23, at Epalinges.

At home for the 14th February after an afternoon at les Paccots. Buying at the sterk Amsterdam. A good option before our home made beef tartare, a bit creamy, a bit sour, fruity, subtle touch of apricot, bitter, citrus, a bit herbal, good job, 14.02.23, at Epalinges.
