Bottled. Cloudy brownish amber, rich lively head. Floral nose with some citrus. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Slight caramel, some floral citrus. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Noa for this bottle! Cloudy red-amber, beige head. Piney and fruity hops, malt, toasty note, caramel, yeast, sweetish, moderately bitter finish. Pretty nice and easy-drinking.

First pour was clear but the next was unclear. White head. Mild flowery and herbal and mineral water aroma.flavor is malty yeasty some hops but clearly pale ale not ipa land. That being said the beer is well balanced.taste is good and easy drinking. Hop bitterness is strong in the aftertaste. At ibu 45 the hops are well hidden and integrated in the overall flavor.

Cloudy amber smooth offwhite head. Aroma is dark malty good solid base of hops , not very us flowery. But quite bitter. Caramel. Aroma indicates high quality beer . Palate is fantastic. Water or water treatment is excellent in this one. Flavor is smooth with a good malts hops balance. Lot 001. This is A great first one from a new brewery. Thanks Ralf, for moving mallorca beer forward.
