Gyldenbrun. Nesten klar. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte og etterlater litt filigranser. Kornaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken gress & malt. Tørr, bitter avslutning. Gir mersmak. Klumpsedimenter i siste kvelling - med mye bunnfall. Borger for kvalitet. Velkomponert pils - med en flott styrke.

0,33 flaske fra VPBS (takk til Håkon!), hos han april-22: lett uklar gylden med utmerket fluffy skum helt ned. Gress, urter, besk citrus og en skogstur, fin maltsmak. Tørr, lett og elegant krydret avslutning med utpreget mersmak. En utmerket sommerpils til helårsbruk.

Bottle. An unclear pale orangey yellow beer with a small off-white head. A bit chalky, yeasty aroma, mostly fruity though, with banana and some lemon, and a light touch of bread and cloves. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-dry, with a light bitterness. Grapefruit, lemon, banana, cloves and some bready malts in the flavor, along with a touch of yeast. Medium length finish. Not your standard hefeweiss, but refreshing and not too bad. 220323

Bottle. A huge, creamy, white head leaves lacings over a hazy pale golden colored body. The aroma is mostly malty, wheat and bread, with a light fruityness. Lemon and generic citrus. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a salty touch. Quite dry. The flavor has some mango, not much though, with lemon hints, bread dough notes and citrus zest. Fruity finish. A refreshing one, but a bit dull, and surprisingly low on mango considering the name. 220323

330ml bottle, lot. nr. 278, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Durable, chalk white head over a late straw coloured body, misty. Slightly spiced fruity aromas, grassy. Mixed taste profile of wheat, a little yeasty fruitiness, and mild spices. A citric touch to the ending, clean on the swallow. Fair enough. (Tromsø 21.02.2022).
