330ml bottle, beer gift from Frau Eva. Shared with Finn. Remaining white head that laced quite well, misty golden body. Inviting floral smell with a fruity scent. Taste fine with moments of peaches and leafy hops. Mid-dry fruit bitter endnotes. Session qualities alright. (Tromsø 19.12.2020).

Spandert av Rune. Delt i WCveien. Gyldengul. Nesten klar. Høyt luftig skum som daler veldig sakte. Litt filigranser. Ferskenaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken tørket frukt. Tørr avslutning.

Fin klar farge, temmelig søt og kanskje litt flat, men med nydelig maltfokusert balanse. Kanskje ikke et komplekst og komplisert øl, men solid og godt juleøl, som dog kan tippe over i det litt for søte.

Bottle. A clear dark brown beer with a finger-thick beige head. The aroma has roasted malts, nuts, toffee, dark chocolate and some dark bread. It’s full-bodied, smooth and quite dry on the palate, with a good bitterness. Mostly the dark malt kind of bitterness. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma, roasted malts, nuts, toffee and dark chocolate. Lasting roasted malts finish. Quite decent this one. 201127

Bottle. A deep amber to brown beer with a small beige head. Sourish, almost vinegar-ish aroma with nuts, roasted malts and some dried fruits. It’s medium to full-bodied, rather low on carbonation, quite dry. Roasted malts, coffee notes, nuts, some sour hints and chocolate hints in the flavor. Well-balance, perhaps so balanced it gets uninteresting. A beer for food perhaps. 201127

Bottle. A clear chestnut colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma is nutty and with some dark chocolate and roasted malts. Dark bread crust and cooked vegetables. It’s full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and smooth, with a soft bitterness. Nuts, roasted malts, some coffee and dark chocolate in the flavor, not too sweet, not too bitter.
