Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bread, caramelized malt, caramel, sweet malt, sulfur notes. 500ml bottle at Thors Bar, Scandic Hotel. A lasting pearl white head leaving lacing rings down the glassware. Hazy apricot coloured body. Smell of citrus and mid-sweet, pale malts. The taste profile contains citrus, pale malts and mild caramel malts. Citrus peels towards a delicate bittersweet ending. Drinks very well. A nice one (Harstad 21.10.2016).

500ml bottle, batch 35, at De 4 Roser, Restaurant.. A snow white tophead leaving clingy lacing behind. Pale golden body with a haze of wheat. Mild yeasty fruitiness on the nose with a moderate impact of coriander. Taste of wheat, lemony shells and coriander. Drying fruity end. Refreshing. Very well match with the white fish dish at the restaurant (Harstad 27.10.2016).

500ml bottle, batch 24, at Bark. Stable, rocky off-white head, spotty lacing down the glass, Cloudy apricot coloured body. Fruity bread on the nose, lightly spiced. Rather succulent taste of apricot and bread. Bittersweet fruity ending. Fine bodied. A bit too foamy in the mouth. Fine match with a well made halibut (Harstad 21.10.2016).

500ml bottle at City Bar&Diner. Solid pearl white head, slowly diminishing over a hazy orange-brown body. Spotty lacing. Dough and spiced fruity aromas. Forest, ripe citrus and yeasty fruitiness to the taste buds, backbone of caramel malts. Drying bittersweet fruity ending. Medium bodied and soft in the mouth. Pleasing (Harstad 21.10.2016).

Longlasting harsh bitterness, medical mouthfeel, very fizzy and gushing mouthfeel. Drainpour!
