Light and refreshing. Good bit of saltyness, really lightly tart, quite sweet. Tons of raspberry, not a lot of rose, but it works. Easily drinkable soda, but way too friendly. Needs more sourness by far. Good for summers outside, I guess.

Pours clear golden with a thin white head, heavy carbonation apparent. Lactic aroma. Tart, citrus influence on the tongue drowned out by lactic notes from fermentation. Palate is dry and relatively plain.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours bright gold with a foamy white head. Mild aroma - a bit of citrus; some other stuff. Med body. Dry, yet mildly bready. Hop seems citrus/spice. Malty, yet still qualifying as brut IMHO. Pleasant medium bitterness. It's very nice ale. A good drink.

Taster at CopenRoss. Light amber with a tigh, creamy head. Aroma doesn't provide any clues , taste comes in with a nice nutty quality, caramel. Incredibly smooth.
