Cask Gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours deep red-brown with a small beige head. The nose is toasty, caramel, liquorice, umami and some bitter-sweet Dandelion & Burdock. The taste is bitter, toasty, quite soft, umami, earthy roast, light ash, sweet dried berries, nuts and Eccles cake. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fairly average.
