Desde el 2016, hemos elaborado cerveza artesanal para todos expresando nuestra forma independiente como una cerveza artesanal debe de ser y saber.

A murky brown porter with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with light grassy hops, treacle, OK.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light treacle, pleasant. On tap at H Hop The Beer Experience Juárez.

Grapefruit, tangy orange. Decent balance. Some mango. One of the better beers I had on tap at Amantoli. Light hop tang finish. Good for style.

Taster at El Estadio, Cancún. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- lactose, citrusy, tropical fruit, apricot and peach pulp. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, lactose, floral, grassy, fruity. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Keg at Hop The Beer Experience 2, Mexico City. Clear deep mahogany colour, mid sized head. Chalky nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Chalk and gypsicum atop caramel. Low bitterness. Weird and unpleasant.
