Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty, slightly roasty malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, toffee, caramel, dark caramel. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, slightly nutty, dark and caramel malty, notes of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel, caramel flavoured coffee, hints of toffee.
Creamy texture, smooth, soft, silky, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy carbonation.
Very homogeneous, balanced, excellent mouthfeel - pretty good.

Mocno kwiatowe, szczególnie lawenda się wybija również w smaku, ziołowe, delikatnie biszkoptowe, fajny chlebkowy posmak. Barwa złota, piana szybko znika do zera, brak lacingu. Goryczka bardzo niska z ziołowa. Wytrawne, lekkie, oryginalne, ciekawe.

500ml can. Opalescent, orange, dark golden or faint amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly perfumed, herbal and minimally floral aroma, minimally toasty and spicy, malty background, hints of rosemary, marjory, oregano, a touch of lavernder, petals, bath salt. Taste is herbal and slightly floral, minimally toasty and spicy malty, hints of chamomile, lavender, rosemary, a touch of marjory, a diluted touch of honey without sweetness.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, fine, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
My first Rosanke as far as I remember: nice herbal and floral composition, harmonious and balanced, no soapy off-flavours - nothing spectacular but enjoyable.

Weak, citrusy fruity hoppy, and slightly leafy, herbal-spicy, minimally floral aroma, pale malty background, hints of lemon, tea, bergamot, hibiscus, Earl Grey tea. Taste is leafy, herbal-spicy, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy and spicy, pale malty, notes of tea, bergamot, a touch of hibiscus, rosehip, lemon, salty cracker; lingering "Earl Grey" finish.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Earl Grey dominated, widely disguised hop flavours, robust malty basis; exactly what it wants to be (i.e. an Earl Grey IPA), with emphasis on "Earl Grey", not "IPA", thus a bit, well, not monotonous but one-sided - OK.

Minimally bready and strawy, wheaty malty, mildly smoky and minimally dusty, yeasty aroma, a touch of bacon, smoked (birch) wood, caraway-spiced grey bread. Taste is mildly smoky, minimally ashy and mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, wheaty malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, hints of smoked wood, wood ashes, a diluted touch of pear.
Oily-watery texture, minimally rough but soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
A bit cautious at first sight (sniff/sip), but in fact homogeneous, harmonious, balanced and by all means meaty - good.

8/3/2025. Draft at Multi Qlti Tap Bar, Krakow. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma is milky chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, maltesers, vanilla, dried fruits, ashy edge. Quite sweet taste, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Enjoyable if a little sweet.
