W ustach gładkie, gęste, lepkie, przyjemne, ściągające od paloności. Nasycenie minimalne.

Sour, light bodied and smokey

500ml can. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, small to average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Slightly perfumed, herbal and minimally floral aroma, minimally toasty and spicy, malty background, hints of rosemary, marjory, oregano, a touch of lavernder, petals, bath salt. Taste is herbal and slightly floral, minimally toasty and spicy malty, hints of chamomile, lavender, rosemary, a touch of marjory, a diluted touch of honey without sweetness.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, fine, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
My first Rosanke as far as I remember: nice herbal and floral composition, harmonious and balanced, no soapy off-flavours - nothing spectacular but enjoyable.

Oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Earl Grey dominated, widely disguised hop flavours, robust malty basis; exactly what it wants to be (i.e. an Earl Grey IPA), with emphasis on "Earl Grey", not "IPA", thus a bit, well, not monotonous but one-sided - OK.

Spritzig säuerlicher Beginn, etwas Ananas, Litschi, Guave. Die Säure bleibt konstant, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. 9/9/9/9/8/9
