Pours hazy orange gold with a thick white head. Aroma of bananas and cloves. Taste has orange, banana, nutmeg. Palate contains much of the same with an extended citrus element, unusual for the style but good in that it accents the spice notes. Fantastic Hef.

Klare, dunkelgelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, etwas grasiger Geruch. Geschmacklich unaufdringlich malzig, getreidig, etwas grasig. Leicht bis mittel süß mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper und sanfter Kohlensäure. Recht belang- und ideenlos.

Tap at Arcotel, Vienna, 13th March 19. Pours cloudy and yellow. Aroma is wheaty, citrus, light banana. Taste is light spice, wheat, citrus. I liked this.

Bottle, many thanks Manu! Clear golden-amber color with white head. Aroma is orange peel, rye-ish, caramel, honey. Taste is honey, marmalade, light rye spice, quite full-bodied. Oily, almost sticky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Alright!

Deep brown. Clear. Large beige head of good retention. Aroma: caramal malt, hay, toast, dried fruit. Similar taste. Sweet. Light to medium body. Low bitterness. Lacking balance.

Hazy brown. Decent beige head. Nose: banana, caramel, apples and pears, clove. Light to medium body. Taste: caramel, banana, clove, fruit. Low bitterness. Very decent.

Clear gold. Moderate white head. Nose: grainy malts, stale malts, a hint of alcohol. Medium minus body. Taste: sweetish, malty, bready. Slightly alcoholic. Metallic ending. Not impressed.
