22/4/2023. Can from Marek shared at SBGP2. Pours clear pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, toffee, vanilla, light fruity citrus, touch of herb. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness and body. Oily with average carbonation. It’s okay.

0.5 can. Normál világos sárga sör egész jó habbal. Malátás illat, malátás íz, kevés gyenge komlósság, szinte csak édesség érezhető. Egyébként iható, de nem túl testes, semmi extra.

Can. Yellow colour with a mediumsized white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is metallic, some grainy, mild cardboard with some slight herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is grainy, some cardboard, a bit earthy and some metal to it.

Can. Pale yellow colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, mild metallic, grassy and cooked vegetables to it. Flavour is grains, some cooked vegetables, mild rubbery tones. Harsh.

Bottled. Silvery yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is maize, diacetyl and some herbal tones. Flavour is cardboard, some rubbery and mild grainy and diacetylic tones. Crisp carbonation on the verge of being overcarbonated.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized creamy white head, which settles into a small one quite quickly and also leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, banana, cinnamon and some citrus with mild earthy and metallic elements. Flavour is herbal, some wheat, banana, citrus and some rubbery and metallic tones. Homebrewish.

Canned 500ml. -from gas station near Siofok, Hungary. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, light grainy nose. light grainy nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, light herbal and touch of caramel with bitterish finish.

0.5 can. A Tesco-nak főzött -elvileg- sör. Szín rendben van, normális lager arany. Nagyon nagy, üdítős buborékok vannak benne, vizes hatású, habja semennyi sem volt. Gabonás, kenyeres, árpás illat. Szénsavas, mégpedig üdítőitalosan. Íz nem sok. Minimális keserűség, doboz-íz, kis savanykás háttér, olcsó sör aroma. Nem valami szívderítő, de sajnos a piacra úgy látszik ismét kell az olcsó -mindegy milyen- sör. Korábban már nyugdíjazva volt, most 4 % os kivitelben ijesztget újra.

Carbonated, in a soft drink kind of way. Not much flavor. Minimal bitterness, canned taste, a little sour background, cheap beer aroma. Not very heartwarming, but unfortunately the market seems to need cheap -no matter what kind- beer again. It was retired before, now it's scary again in a 4% version.

Grundsätzlich bin ich kein Freund von unagrischen Bier oder Industrie-APAs, aber dieses hat mich positiv überrascht. Es hat eine vollen Körper, der toll ausgewogen zwischen süßer Malzigkeit und spritziger Hopfigkeit balanciert. Die Aromen selbst mögen nicht zu kreativ sein, aber als einfache APA zwischendurch erfüllt es seine Anforderungen.

Can 50 cl. Dark gold with amber, slightly yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, lollipops, malt, cookies. Taste: sweet, malt candies, crackers, mild hop bitterness at the finish.
