The brewer is committed to using Korean ingredients to accent his beers, and those are some of this brewery's best works (see also Dream Weaver). In this imperial stout, it's a dark rice syrup. Dark brown. Soft, very well balanced. Has a nice dark rice syrup accent. Hints of dark chocolate, mellow bitterness for balance. One of those imperial stouts you end up drinking too much of.

Amber, thick head, really nice roasted yam, chestnut, really taps into those autumnal flavours. Very soft. Excellent. Oh I like this way more than I thought i would.

A gold beer, with slight biscuity malt note and a touch of hop as well. Sort of a mild easy drinking beer.

Soft body, light gold, gentle pale malts, so all told it’s not bad for cream ale. But it is cream ale that so a bit light and low hopped for what I want to drink.

This was a fairly chewy amber, not much hop brightness but it does have a decent malt character.

Hazy, amber, medium head. Fruity, soft, has a big piney note, some nice florals.

Vibrant amber, thin head. Bright floral, homey notes with a touch of mandarin orange. The brewer/co-owner is from Michigan and this is made with MI centennials. Such a fun character to those hops.

Throwback to those cans from the Asian groceries. I can drink those anymore, but I can drink this. Very big coffee taste, a bit thin and sourish. A heavy coffee character.
