Craftsman Umami Biere de Mars 5.9% Muddy honey brown isn’t so attractive but the sweet yeasty malty aroma was ok. Medium bodied with a semi-dry finish. The taste is honeyed malts and while w bit rough overall pretty good for a new brewery. Great value lunch here a short walk from Umeda means I’ll most likely be back. Very stylish under the tracks joint means it’d be a good date spot.

Tap at Umami. This is made somewhere in Osaka but they would not tell me just where. One's, I believe. Cloudy pale gold with lace. Nose is orange, wheat, coriander. Bright and fruity, rich and biscuity sweet, sweet. A rather typical dull witbier.
