330ml Bottle - Black with a foamy head. Pine, liquorice and a hint of tobacco in the aroma. Roasted and slightly smoky with taste with notes of coffee, liquorice, fudge and pine. Not as hoppy as I was expecting but still nice.

I bought a lot of raspberry beers from systembolaget and grabbed this in my fridge. Did not read anything on the bottle and thought it was a raspberry stout. Nice. But it was no raspberry flavor here. Hmmm. Hmm to little raspberry to shine through? Nah just a plain refreshing stout. Some citric notes that made it quite fresh and easy drinkable. Hmmm I see now that it is listed as a black ipa. Nah did not remind me very much of an bipa either. But it was a really pleasant and refreshing stout. Ok with some citric notes.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Earthy and slightly rubbery aroma. Rubbery taste with some faint hints of citrus. I feel something is not quite right with this one.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Violently gushing. Cloudy amber, huge lively head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Seriously caramelly, with some butterscotch and milk chocolate. Fairly low bitterness. Sketchy interpretation of American interpretations of British ales. With malt in focus, malt better be better than this. Disappointing.
