From a 440ml can on 14/12/2024. Pours a quite clear golden with a mall to medium head. Has a light zesty citrus. Flavour wise, you get a touches of tangerine and madarin with lots of lemon and hints of lime. Finishes with a crip, medium bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Easy drinking yet has quite a bit going on. Nice.

From a 440ml can on 8/12/2024. Pours a clear super dark red with a medium bright pink head. The nose is all berries. Tastes of unripe blueberries and blackcurrant featuring a puckering, lingering tartness at the back. The tartness actually really overpowers the sweetness, which is unusual for a One Drop labelled as a pastry beer. Has a slightly syrupy palate and moderate, lightly prickly carbonation. They're my fave brewer of sours, but this one just wasn't for me.

Frpm a 440ml can on 19/11/2024. Pours a hazy golden with a medium head. Has a bright and punchy tropical aroma. On the sip, there's melon, white grape, passionfruit and some peach. Finishes with a pleasant moderate tangy bitterness that balances the beer out very nicely. Pillowy mouthfeel with average carbonation. Lovely.

From a 440ml can on 9/11/2024. Pours a milky mauve with a medium bubbly mauve head. Smells of bubblegum, banana and berries. It's all that and more taste wise, with blueberry shining through oin the very side. The big creamy sweetness is perfectly matched by a firm tart and tangy finish. The palate is super thick and creamy, the carbonation modest. They absolutely nailed this one. A truly fantastic pastry sour.

From a 440ml can on 8/11/2024. Pours a super clear light golden with a smallish head.. The nose gives you light zesty citrus. On the sip, it's predominantly lemon and lime, with just touches of orange and peach sweetness. It's firmly bitter at the back - lingering resin and some pine. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Quite assertive and interesting.
