Aah, my last rating of 2019. Bottle from the producer/distributor on the Beroun Christmas market. Golden body. Pungent, lovely aroma, sweet honey enhanced well with the herbs, almost like some herbal-caramel candy. Lean taste, candyish honey, punctured by a herbal touch, ending soon, a bit too lightly, some alcohol - but entirely as warmth, not as taste. Generally tasty, well balanced, without odd fermentation products, doesn't thrill, but it's flawless.
