Med bod, med-light carbo, a bit lacking in the bubbles department. Barely med bitter, med-light-light sweet. Light candyish malt, but sadly hops character a bit lacking too, barely med-light general fruity character, poorly defined. Average overall.

Bottle no. 3, 0.75l, more than two years aged. Hazy, copper colored. AROMA- caramel, vanilla, toasted malts, plum, cherry, berries, touch of rum liquor and wood, coffee. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly fruity sour, slightly bitter, sour cherry in chocolate, plum, coffee. Medium to fuller bodied.

Bottle No.62, 0.33l, two and half years aged. Cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- cherry liqueur, caramel, chocolate, honey, fruit jelly in chocolate, Christmas chocolate bonbon, touch of rum. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, quite bitter, dark chocolate, jelly in chocolate, earthy, orange jam, strongly wood, Christmas chocolate bonbon with Christmas tree included. Fuller bodied. Great.

Tap at Čep a Pec. 8°. Thin body, med carbo. Quite watery, med-light bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Quite boring too. Light caramel maltiness and med-light generic hoppy and estery, fruitiness. Easy drinking, lacks balls tho.
