Draft at Hopfen & Co., Bolzano, Italy. Pours hazy canary yellow, with average white foam, fine. Aroma is not enough pleasant, poor and recalling dish washing soap. Body is average, with strong carbonation. Taste is consistent with aroma: moderately sweet, limited bitterness, some dishwashing soap feeling. An I getting confused with the aroma/taste of some citrus like yuzu? Finish is kind of short.
