Bottled from tap@Golfbrau brought home by my mom & dad (approx 30 hours in bottle). Hazy yellow colour which still after 30 hours handbottling managed to give a nice white creamy head. Aroma is a lot of banana, some spices and rather acidic notes. Flavour is wheat, spices and some acidic fruits. Also some mild banana in flavour, but not as strong as in the aroma. Decent.

Bottled from tap@Golfbrau brought home by my mom & dad (approx 30 hours in bottle). Deep reddish amber/black colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very surprising for a dunkel, quite strong roasted malts with dark dry fruit and coffee. Flavour is is wood, roasted malts and quite strong biitterness. Really filling palate, and overall a nice thing. My dad said the bartenders had said "It’s of the same style as Guinness, but much better". Still not very stouty to me... but a really welldone dunkel, and yes, it beats Guinness.

Bottled from tap@Golfbrau brought home by my mom & dad (approx 30 hours in bottle). Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Flavour is big malts with some slight flowery hops and a bittery finish. A quite pleasant brew. Lacks some carbonation, but according to my parents this had carbonation on site.

Malziger Karamellgeruch. Leicht malziger, nur minimal herber Antrunk. Mild malzig bleibend, andere Töne kommen kaum auf. Im Nachgeschmack malziger und röstmalzig werdend, scharf, herber Nachgeschmack. Einfach, aber in Ordnung. Test vom 21.7.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 9,10,10,10,-,10 - 9,89

Sehr getreidiger Geruch, erinnert mich sofort an Maische. Leicht hopfig startet das Bier, wird dann aber kurzzeitig lasch. Danach wir das Bier würziger und getreidiger, was ein Hauptaroma des Bieres ist. Im Nachgeschmack gesellot sich eine leichte Bitterkeit hinzu, erfrischend, süffig, etwas malzig. Nett. Fruchtiger, leicht herber Antrunk. Weiter fruchtig-süßer, etwas künstlich wirkender Mittelteil, was im Nachgeschmack stärker und störender wird. Säuerlich-bitterer und damit unharmonischer Nachgeschmack. Test vom 21.7.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,7,8,6,-,7 - 7,42
