50 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and slight coffee like. Bitter, dark malty and roasted. Herbal. Dark malty and solid liqourice to breadish roasted. Dry and dense dark malty finish.

Flaske fra Zaizon vinhandel, Frederiksberg, hjemme: brunsvart med kort beige skum. Duft av mørke bær, urter, rom, mild lakris og varme rosiner. Smaken er i samme retning og en anelse i søteste laget for en porter, synes jeg. Allikevel lett å drikke, og med en bæraktig syrlighet i avslutningen, svært lite bitterhet. Men neppe en øl jeg vender tilbake til.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Frederikssund Falkenborg Pilsner ].Clear medium orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, candy, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, hops, grass, malt and flowers. Nice fruity finish.
