Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Hoppiness crew. Pours hazy light brown color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Strong aroma of honey, bread, toasted malts and burnt sugar. Taste is dominated by heavily sweet honey, there’s also some caramel, raisins and malty hints present. It’s mouth coating, warming and almost without any bitterness. Full body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Heavenly sweet, quite annoying...

Pretty good stuff. Sweet and strong. Aroma is honey, brandy, oak, tobacco. Flavor’s similar to nose, with sweet on top, followed by those other qualities. Even has a bit of burn in the finish, which I kind of like. Very clean. Maybe for sipping after dinner in hot weather, otherwise a dream come true for cold weather.
