Draught @ now defuct Beer Run Harlem, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025). Clear amber-red, apple aroma, sweet honey taste with strong alcohol overtones and apple flavor, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and very flavorful.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il vinoso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è non invadente e c'è anche un tocco di moderatamente acidulo. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di agrumi, uvetta bagnata nel rum, etilico e alcol presente.

ceramic bottle. Pours a clear piss yellow. no head but was not expecting any. The aroma is mostly cinnamon but has a slight medicinal quality. The taste is dominated by the cinnamon with vanilla and honey filling in the back and sides. The palate is medium and oily. Finishes long and sticky sweet with a very nice lingering honey aftertaste. Overall: Decent but too sweet for me. More of a novelty than anything else. Drank this a room temp--not sure it it should have been chilled or not.
