Wässrig apfeliger Antrunk. Die vorhandenen Apfelnoten sind fest, trocken, deutlich herb. Spritzig, zum Ende deutlich trockener werdend. Rund fruchtig. Die Aromen diesem Apfelwein sind harmonisch, insgesamt aber zu schwach. 9/10/8/8//8

Bottle filled in the pub out of a large Bembel. The cider has a fruity nose, fresh apples. The cider starts dry and fruity. Fresh sourish with quite full apple aroma there. Not too deep but tot too watery. Fresh Frankfurt-typical cider-apples there, not too much sourness, nice fruits. Thirst-quenching and still fruity apple body. The aftertaste is quite dry with hints of rest-sweetness. Sourish apples with not much tannins, quite long fruity-dry apple aftertaste with winey hints. Nice.
