Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Vova. Dark brown. Aroma of "green" hops, malt, caramel. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, toast, some nuts, and bitterish hops. Medium-bodied.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, murky lightish brown color, light chocolate and cocoa aroma with vanila and banana hints, flavor of dark fruits, with some chocolate and minerals, medium bitterness, a bit astringent. Interesting.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Interesting fresh roasted sweetish nose. The beer itself starts malty fruity. The cherries are there, the malty body has nice chocolaty hints. Fresh and highly drinkable. The body is not (very) sweet, the cherries fit in perfectly in the light-bodied malty and subtle bitter malts, hints of cocoa, round and smooth. Like a easy-to-drink black-forest-gâteau. Nice!

Malziger, recht trockener Antrunk mit deutlicher, dennoch hintergründiger Hopfigkeit. Rund, deutlich malzig bleibend, moderate Süße. Leicht herb, vollmundig, Noten von Schokolade. Langer intensiver Nachhall. 10/10/11/12/7/12

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. aroma of tart and ripe cherries, dark malt. Taste of dark malt, caramel, chocolate, wood, ripe and mild tart cherries.

Bottle from Bierbaboon as Endeavour Double Alt, same abv. Dark cloudy brown with a thin head. Aroma of chocolate shavings and malt. Flavour is fruity caramel, dry malt, bitter chocolate on a warm dark fruit base.

Drucken på fat på Hopfenreich, Kreuzberg, Berlin. En fin frisk aningen syrlig modern veteöl med en smak av söta frukter som persika, ananas, mango. Riktigt trevlig.
