TINA: There Is No Alternative

Nestled on the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the Saumur Champigny vineyards and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the TINA brewery has been developing since October 2013 tasty local beers with a subtly bitter flavor and fine bubbles. All our beers come from a traditional production and therefore undergo a double fermentation, the second taking place in the bottle. TINA beer is made from simple raw materials: malted cereals, hops, yeasts and sometimes some spices.

Old rating from 2018 - 750ml bottle gift from a friend who visited Saumur. Pours black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, earth, pepper, cereal & malt. Medium body. Moderate dry bitter finish

Old rating from 2018 - 750ml bottle gift from a friend who visited Saumur. Pours caramel with a white head. Aromas & tastes of smoke, caramel, earth, cereal & malt. Medium body. Smokey moderate bitter finish

Minimal säuerlich getreidiger Antrunk. Trockene Noten von Brett, spritzig, zunehmend getreidige Würzigkeit, helles Malz. Vollmundig, leicht bitter, spritzig. Gut. 10/9/10/10/8/10

Rauchiger, mild süßer Antrunk. Steigend torfig, brotig, eher trockener Hintergrund. Wenig alkoholisch, ein wenig Hopfen, deutlich malzig bleibend. Langer Nachhall, etwas Schokolade. 10/8/11/10/8/10
