This bottle is coming probably from bootlegger, Paris. Happy to try it again, a warm Belgian beer, a 100% value for the quality, smooth, malty, fruity, note of plum, toffee, hop, yeasty, boozy, well balanced, to repeat. 10.03.23

Bottle. This was a really tasty beer. One of the better ales I’ve ever tasted definitely in my top beers. Amber in color with a really nice head. Aroma is dried fruit, with a complex whiff. Taste was complex but pleasant.

Bottle. Deep, dark brown. A nice large head. Aroma was fruit cake. Taste was fruit cake and Christmas spice.

Bottle. A hazy, golden, nutty brown with a really nice frothy, bubbly head. Sediment on the bottom. Aroma was malty sweet with hints of very light spice and dried fruits. Taste is slightly sweet up front but full of very subtle but yet complex favors. Hints of fruit cake with well balanced finish.

Bottle. This is a really nice beer. Cloudy light gold. Aroma is of a nice spicy Belgian ale. The taste is mildly spicy with a very pleasant after taste. A really great out-on-the-boat on a hot summer day brew.

Bottle shared at home in Alkmaar. Pours semi opaque golden with a white head. Nose is pleasant, fruity esters, banana, light spices, vanilla. Taste is esters, candi sugar, spices, light vanilla. Closes with a sweetish yet dry finish, it’s got a medium body and avarage carbonation. Nice.
