750ml corked and caged bottle from the lcbo. Very dark, hazy brown, with a huge light beige head. Loads of dark fruit, plums, stone fruit, candied apples, light pear even some booze soaked fruit cake. Lively carb, but yet still soft at the same time. Loads of sweet bready malts in the finish, with more fruit. A great sipping beer, another great beer from St bernardus!

bottle: Golden color, nice and cloudy. huge white head. Perfect balance between alted wheat and corriander. Great citrus notes, some soft bready, yeast too. Full mouth feel, soft carb. No bitterness, a touch of metal in the finish, with the corriander rounding it out. The wheat flavour and aroma are way more upfront that other beers in this style, really nice.
