Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, spicy ?? Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, strawberry - strawberry jam, caramel, spicy malt. Bottle at Yespr’s. It pours clear deep mahogany brown with a medium light tan head. The nose is crisp, floral, potpourri, citrus peel and spice. The taste is floral, orange peel, caramel, dried fruit, plum skin, brown sugar, spice and fig. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Quite interesting stuff. Enjoyable.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass. [ As Westindien Pale Ale Dunkel ].Clear medium red amber color with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - silver grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average duration, sugary malt, burnt malt - sugar, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140117]

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is mild spoced and toasted malty. Sweet, mild citric and light fruity. Bitter, light spiced and mild caramelish. Dry and spiced finish.
