Bottle (750ml, 20β¬ !!!!!!): Deep golden, hazy, with some floaties, loose off-white head, that slowly collapses; lactic acid and citric acid in the solid nose with a light bready-malty backbone; solid sour-bitter flavour, rather full bodied; sweetness increases in the malty, sour and also slightly bitter finish. Great refreshing drink: Gueuze, cider, champagne or so...........

(75cl bottle, rΓ©colte 2008) Hazy, amber coloured and effervescent hue with a light-beige frothy head, quickly diminishing. Sourish, almost Geueze-like aroma with vinous citrus-fruity notes with hints of brett and shy notes of cara-malt far in the background. Sourish flavour, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Fruit-accented taste with notes of apples, citrus and raspberry, accompanied by lighter mouldy notes; quite dry mouthfeel, fruity and moderately sour and tart finish. Very interesting and likeable brew, unfortunately also tremendously expensive (22.VII.09).
