Can. It's quite aggressively carbonated, even more than #1, actually gushing and continuing doing so, producing a huge, foamy head, off-white and rapidly collapsing, over a hazy orange-golden body. Piney, lightly citrus zesty aroma with a hint of pale malts, grass and flowers. A light yeasty hint too, not uncommon for Slakteren. It's a bit thin on the palate, but at 4.7% ABV that's not surprising. Dry, with a good carbonation. Piney and citrusy flavor with a touch of yeast and pale malts. Dry, bitter and citrusy finish, which feels more full-bodied than initially. Hints of lactose or vanilla too. This brew is sure not the best way showcasing these two hop varieties. I think it's slightly better than #1, but the very intense foaming eliminates that 0.1 difference. At least it's refreshing. 240717
