Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are very spoiled by way too much star anise, but behind it there are is caramel, fruits and malt present.

Bottle at TSODRBSG 13. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, malt, yeast, sugar, hop. Flavour is alcohol, malt, yeast, sugar, oak, hop, caramel, vanilla. Full body. Nice beer.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Some chocolate notes. Heavy biter nice flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy pale amber, rich, firm head. Floral grapefruit aroma. Dryish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Saturated with aromatic hops - roses, lychee and grapefruit. Really bitter finish that sets in early. A nice, albeit near aggressive modern style hoppy ale.

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 5.6%, OG 1055, FG 1012, IBU 45. Malts are pale, rye, biscuit, cara, wheat. Hops are Kohatu, Pacific Gem, Pacific Jade, Galaxy and Cascade. Hazy deep golden colour, large white head. Very nice aroma of NZ and US hops, notes of tropical fruits and citrus, some sweetish malts and bread dough in the background. The flavour is first fruity but dry, then a fairly massive bitterness takes over, without sufficient malts to back it up. Peppery and very bitter finish. In between I had hoped for more hop complexity, which unfortunately does not come through.

Bottle.Dark amber colour with almost no head.Aroma is vinous and sweet with flavor of prune and caramel,nice malty and Warming with sweet oily texture and smooth finish.

Draught @ Voldby ølmesse. Pours hazy dark brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruity hops, citrus, pine. Flavor is malt, caramel, bitter hops, pine, resin. Medium body, soft carbonation, very bitter finish. 310813
