Draught. Orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, fruity and mild sweet malty tones. Flavour is floral, some wooden and mild piney tones. Nice bitter finish and aftertaste.

44 cl can poured in to a Trappist glass. Clear dark mahogany with a dense lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits - pear, toasted bread and marzipan. The taste is sweet. Lighter to medium body. Drying fruity finish. An odd mix of flavours. OK

mild slightly belgian yeasty and slighlty malty aroma. flavor is belgian yeast, lemongrass, very nice classic belgian hoppy and malty bitterness. all in all a pretty good wit, catches all the good thing about belgian wit.

Bottle. Clear yellow, small white head. alc 5.0!! bbf 12/2024 Did they change recipe? abv changed. also doesn't look like described in earlier ratings Aroma is slighly bitterfruity, also malts, alc. bitterness. quite messy and the alc bitterness is not good for the overall aroma. Flavor is soapy, frut peel bitterness, hops bitterness, mango juice, malty. Not sure what the problem is, but the flavor is not nice, it's like soap water with bitter fruit peel and a little white bread. It's a bit like the aroma and flavor you can get if you put apples and bread in the same bag and keep them there for a while. Flavor is, however, promising, i think perhaps with some twists and changes to recipe and brewing mething, the beer could become really nice. it's just off as I see it right now.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
