Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma and taste: Mostly floral hop. dditional catty and tropical notes. Light swwet, medium bitter, Mouth feel: medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Not as bright as they try to ppesent it. Not bad thouth.

Appearance: Clear deep brown with moderate ivory-coloured frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Toasted malts, treacle, beread, dried fruits. Taste: Pure fermentation. nitially medium dry delivering the features described above. Really sweet in the ending and aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Overall: Nothing awfull.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a surprisingly large beige creamy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Toasted and roasted basis, esters, dried fruits, vinous. Faintly smoked & salted. Some peppery hop. Taste: Moderately sweet, pretty bitter. Complex. Roasted barley, toasted malts, bitter chocolate, floral hop, dried fruits, vinous notes, slightly smoked. Lingering ending combining roast and hop. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Overall: Unexpectedly a good imperial stout.
