Silver Can. New Brewery (1694, not far to 1700). No ten ostatni mochikanin zdobyl dla mnie nowy browar, mam nadzieje ze to nie bedzie moj ostatni... Piwo solidnie metne, owocowo-owsiane, spora dawka mleczno-kremowego posmaku. Tresciwe, lekko szczypiace w jezyk za sprawa ciekawej goryczki w tym piwie. Solid brew.

Pours cloudy golden and a white head with little retention. Aroma's: super juicy at frist,but the juiciness fades fast, becoming somewhat vegetal and resinous. Retronasal It's juicy sour and earthy. Flavour is moderate bitter with light juicy sourness. Light medium bodied. Rather high carbonation. Bitter finish. Great burp! OK, but not entirely convincing.

Can from Artisan-ale.com. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, dark chocolate and lactose. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and roasted light bitter finish. 301021

Appearance: Hazy gold with a large white frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Vegetal hop, grapefruit, biscuit, catty notes. Taste: Light to medium sweet and bitter. tropical fruit, grapefruit, biscuit, catty notes. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: Pretty basic as it is mostly the case with their Akvarel line.

Appearance: Hazy yellow with a moderate white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Wheat bread, citrus fruit (mostly oranges), pine needles, slightly phenolic. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter. Grapefruit, orange, wheat bread, crackers, pine needles. Restrained cloves. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Pretty enjoyable.
