Appearance: hazy crimson red liquid with a small pinkish head of medium retention. Aroma: raspberries, raspberry jam, less currant, sour milk. Taste: medium sour, raspberries and black currant, lactose. Palate: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: a simple still fairly pleasant and well going sour ale.

Appearance: cloudy yellow to orange, large off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: dominant (and not obligatory natural) peach, malt, lactic background. Taste: medium sour, sweet notes also present, unripe peach, lactic acid. Tart ending with a hint of hop. Palate: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: not a bad fruited sour ale.

Appearance: Opaque. Tomato juice red. Virtually no head. Aroma: Basil, tomato sauce, further sellery, clove, pepper. Taste: highly spicy, moderately hot, tomato paste, basil, sellery, chili pepper. Palate: medium to full body. Average carbonation. Overall: a lot of things going on, just not the thing for everyone. Decent as I see it.

Appearance: foggy deep golden colour with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: honey, biscuit, meadow flowers, citrus fruit, grass. Taste: bittersweet. Honey and biscuit, tangerine, floral hop, resin, some grass. Long piny ending. Palate: medium body and carbonation. Summary: a basic old school IPA.

Look: near to black. Opaque. Moderate beige head leaving a long lasting ring Aroma: coconut, chocolate, roasted notes, distant coffee. As it gets warmer you can feel some starch / medicine. Taste: medium sweet. Chocolate, coconut, treacle, roasted malts, coffee. Light ending bitterness. Palate: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: an enjoyable coconut porter.
