Lovecraft Weird Brewery - краснодарская крафтовая пивоварня, основанная в 2014 году домашним пивоваром Игорем Трофимовым.
Увлекся домашним пивоварением после посещения Бельгии в 2013 году. В скором времени обратил внимание на такое явление как крафтовое пиво и крафтовая пивная культура в целом, которая к тому моменту только начала проникать в Россию.
Несколько сваренных сортов, среди которых "Червоточина", 13-градусный квадрупель и "Псевдомонархия", 11-градусный барливайн в американском стиле, были с теплотой приняты узким кругом московских любителей интересного пива. Это послужило вдохновением для перехода на новый уровень.

Tap. Fogy yellow color, white foam. Aroma: passion fruit, mango, fruit, light acidity, nice. Taste: sweet, a lot of toasted coconut, fruit, vanilla, pineapple, bitterness, slightly out of balance, mango, a bit weird.

Bottle. Opaque. Nice beige head. Aroma: roast, coffee, restrained milk & yeast. Medium body. Semidry taste. Roast & coffee. Light to medium bitterness. Quite good.

on tap from punk craft in moscow, 450 rub/l. pours a hazy deep golden with a steady head. typical sprucy and caramelly ipa aroma blends with coconut, funk and herbs. flavour of citrus zest, funk, coconut, almonds, vanilla. more coconut and pineapples in the finish. not overwhelming though, ipa is still there. a bit too sweet though. little bitterness. interesting.

Bottle. Very dark brown to black beer. Small head. Weak retention. Aroma: roast, coconut, earth, hops. Medium body. The taste is unexpectadly sourish. Infected.

Tap. Cloudy milk-yellow color, good white foam. Sweetish aroma, strawberry, banana, apple juice, slightly citrus. Sweet taste, strawberry nectar, apple, banana, lollipops, milk.

500ml bottle from Dogma in Moscow. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is milk chocolate, instant coffee, caramel, oloong tea, faint smokiness. Taste unfortunately is less impressive: weak coffee, water, vanilla. Light bitter finish. Very drinkable and feels nowhere near 6%.

pours an opaque black with a deep beige head and a nice lacing. mild aroma of roast, milk chocolate, sour milk, plastic. flavour of cocoa, ash, cream. rather thick and viscous, full body.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Max. Black with a bit of tan foam. Great aroma of coffee, milk chocolate, roast. Sweet flavor with a sourish note, with chocolate, coffee, lactose. Medium-bodied, some oatmeal creaminess. Very good.

Bottle shared at a tasting, small bubbly brown head, opaque very dark brown color, aroma of cocoa, chocolate, roots, vanila, dark sugar and earthy notes, flavor of dark bread, chocolate and light roasted coffee flavor with something earthy, strong and empathic sourness. Very nice and easy to drink.
