Getestet beim LCRBM Hopfig, leicht malzig, weiterhin würzig, dabei sehr frisch wirkend. Hinten herum wässriger, eine herbe Note kommt auf, auch eine bittere Note ist zu erkennen. Test vom 10.9.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,8,10,8,9 - 8,95

Orange-yellow beer with little head. Grainy, dusty grain attic, fresh malts as a counterweight. Dry hoppy taste, ending with dry garden herbs or weeds. Medium bodied (giving a much denser impression than its modest 5% would suggest), slick. Very interesting, tasty beer, certainly regarding its ABV.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a lacing white head. Slight soapy hops aroma. Dry hoppy flavour with with slight fruity note. Quite dry.

Bottle at GBBF 2007. Golden beer, fine if a little dull. It’s ok. Over carbonated but with some OK hop on the finish.

Deep blond color with nice perlage, not much head retention. The aroma is immediately vanilla, then malt, and some hop very late. The mouthfeel is good, medium thick, with a very good malt flavor, not sweet, and a bold continental hopping, well aromatic, with Saaz aftertones. A beer in crescendo.

Draught @ Bishop’s Arms, Malmö. Pours a clear golden color with a longlasting white head. Malty and slightly grassy hoppy aroma. Sweet malty grassy hoppy flavor with some piney hints. Dry malty hoppy finish with a bitter aftertaste.
