440ml. can as part of a trade with @Koelschtrinker, many thanks. @home, 09/03/2021 [#3.815 Global - #339 Germany - #1 Schwarze Rose Craft Beer (My German Brewery #149)] Light hazed golden to orange colour with a medium and fluffy white head. Good retention and lacing. Visual carbonation. Aroma: tangerine, apricot, soft candy and pine. Taste: resinous hops, apricot and caramel malts leading to a light bittersweet finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Tangerine aftertaste. Good carbonation and easy drinking despite 8%. Good. Next one please!

Süß-säuerlicher Beginn, Schokolade, Kirschen, etwas Laktose. Eher trockener Hintergrund, süffig, auch wenn die hintergründige Trockenheit deutlich stärker wird. Aufgrund der Aromatik erwarte ich quasi etwas Chili, was auch gut passen würde, leider aber nicht genutzt wurde. Mit kurzem Nachlassen der Malzaromatik kommt ein natürliches Himbeeraroma zum Tragen, milde Herbe, rund. Langer malziger Abgang. 10/11/12/11/12/12

Very post-modern Westcoast IPA. Definitely not your typical Hazy IPA. Great bitterness. soft and juicy but with a mild yellow fruit dry dankness and hints of resin sweetness. Everyday sipper. Macht Spaß.

440ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish, minimally faint, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and fruity, minimally grassy hoppy as well as pale, caramel and crystal malty aroma, notes of pine, pineapple, melon, lychee, mandarine; fruitiness has a slight jelly bear character overall. Taste is dry and bitter, piney and fruity hoppy, minimally sweet pale, crystal and caramel malty, notes of pine, pineapple, some resin, honeydew melon, a touch of lychee, rather subtle, minimally zesty, citrusy hop flavours (lemon, even a touch of candied orange peel). Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft, but efficacious carbonation. Well crafted, clean, crisp, very authentic West Coast style; maybe the fruity hop flavours should tend a little bit more into the citrusy direction (grapefruit, lemon) - good.

Can from Beerdome. Black with a small light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, heavy caramel, vanilla and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with a little chili bite. 060221

05-02-21 // 440ml can. Sabro pineapple meets Sorachi Ace coconut in beery piña colada. Juicy yellow colored. Soft mouthfeel supported by loads of oats and lactose. Minimal hop burn but that will blend in. Kveik probably supporting the sweety fruity notes.
