Draft at Ocean Beach tasting room. Nose is roasted coffee with a hint of chocolate. Clear brown with a small beige head. Flavor is roasty with light sweetness. Pretty good stout.

Keg at Culture, Solana Beach, 14/11/14. Black with a big tan covering that retains well. Nose is rich malt, vanilla bean, biscuit, chocolate, dark ftuit notes. Taste comprises vanilla fudge, coconut well evident, light charr, Bounty bar, chocoalte. Medium + body, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate. Decent enough mellow kind of impy.

Keg at the Solana Beach taproom, 14/11/14. Golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric peel, melon, vanilla, light bread dough. Taste comprises bread dough, vanilla, grassy, lemon rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Dullish pale, limited hop presence.

Keg at Culture, Solana Beach, 14/11/14. Light black with a big bubbly tan covering. Nose is grain, earthy, toffee, a touch raw, light fart. Taste comprises oaty notes, biscuit, cardboard, light cocoa. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so - a little raw and unrefined.

Taste is a little on the raw side, lemon rind, vanilla, bread dough, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.
