Jest nas trzech i kochamy piwo. Może to i banał ale równocześnie prawda. Gdy nadarzyła się okazja do przeniesienia naszej piwnej pasji na wyższy poziom, nie wahaliśmy się ani chwili.
Tak na początku 2012 roku powstał AleBrowar, nowa inicjatywa kontraktowana polskim rynku. Na razie nie mamy kadzi, fermentatorów czy linii rozlewu – mamy za to chęci i umiejętności, które pozwoliły stworzyć niepowtarzalne piwa. Może zabrzmi to trochę górnolotnie ale w tym przedsięwzięciu nie brakuje także misji. AleBrowar ma być częścią rewolucji, która zmieni oblicze piwnej sceny w naszym kraju.
Żyjemy w ciekawych czasach, czas na ciekawe piwa.

Butelka 0.5l (14.04.2014). Piekna barwa ciemnego zlota z gesta, biala piana a co najwazniejsze dluga i zostawiajaca piekny slad na szkle. Subtelny ale wyrazny aromat chmielo-cytrusowy (czerwony grapefruit) z mala nuta slodyczy, delikatnie drazni powonienie. W smaku fantastyczne uderzenie chmielowej goryczki, przykryte lekka slodycza. Bardzo przyjemny chmielowo-cytrusowo-slodkawy posmak piesci podniebienie i kusi aby pic wiecej i wiecej. Piwo jest lekko wytrawne, srednia goryczka, delikatne, smukle, lekkie w strone srednio tresciwego ale genialnie pijalne. Jakbym mial sie do czegos przyczepic to moze ciut za dluga goryczka ale raczej niezalegajaca.

Butelka 0.5l (14.04.2015). Piwo leciutko zmetnione o zlotej barwie z ladna sredniopecherzykowa biala piana, dluga i ladnie krazkujaca. Aromat chmielowy, slodowy, srednio intensywny. W smaku wytrawne z mocnym uderzeniem goryczki bardzo fajnie zbalansowanej w tym piwie. "Kopniecie" chmielu jest mocne ale krotkie i bardzo przyjemne z ciekawym gorzkim posmakiem, moze troche zalegajacym i slodkim na koncu. Piwo jest raczej lekkie niz tresciwe i swietnie pijalne.

Bottle. Aroma is mostly dark chocolate, a bit of ash, no hops, quite dry. Light bitterness, slightly sour. Average carbonation, could be more smooth. Correct dry stout, although nothing spectacular.

50cl bottle from Koht, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy amber with a nice, off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma, tropical fruits, citrus, caramel and hints of pine and herbs. Sweet and fruity with nice hoppy flavours and a balanced bitterness. Not completely fresh as its best before date was two days ago, but seems to be in a good condition still. Alcohol is detectable, but well integrated. Well balanced and quite easy to drink. Nice DIPA!

Pours nice deep amber, white foam. Clear. Aroma is fresh, soft, sweet and resiny. Fruity. Taste is quite hoppy, has resins and pine needles. Sweetness also there. Actually well balanced, bitterness there but hidden by swetness. At the same time not too heavy.

Pours clear, golden, nice foam. Looking good and tasty. Aroma has some fresh grass, bit of ripe fruits. Taste is intensely bitter, some resins, actually drinks well above its abv. Didn’t expect much of it but this is actually pretty good!

Medium amber color. Big frothy white head. The nose shows a bit of fruitness but hop character is fairly subdued. The mouth is very balanced with slight astringent character, but lacks on depth. Mildly bitter finish. Hops were pretty subdued. Would be better fresh.
