Drink Drunk Ginger Raspberry Honey Beer, Flasche (MHD: 23.7.2018) von Drink Drunk, Berlin-Kreuzberg, erstanden Dez. 2018. - Ein Biermischgetränk mit Ingwer, Honig und Himbeersaft“ - da bin ich ja gespannt. - Goldbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase feine Himbeere oder eher Himbeerlimonade aber kein Ingwer, sehr süß aber nur schwach bierähnlich. - Antrunk extrem zuckersüß-limonadig mit sehr künstlichen Himbeeraromen (Brausepulver). Die ruppige Schärfe erinnert entfernt an Ingwer, mit etwas gutem Willen läßt sich der klebrigen Süße auch eine leichte Honignote abgewinnen. Durchschnittlich rezent, malzschwer. Im Abgang neben Zucker und Fruchtaromen auch ein klein wenig vage Hopfenherbe. - Gruseliges Zeug, bloß ab in den Ausguß damit.

Flasche in Drink Drunk Kiosk gekauft. Sehr dunkel für ein IPA, trüb, kein Schaum. Etwas künstliches Aroma nach Mango, Malz (Karamell). Geschmack: Bitter, Malz Karamell, Erde, etwas unangenehmer Hintergrund.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow, huge white head. Aroma is citrusy, slight sourish. Crisp fruity, citric. Sour and fruity finish. Lasting crisp sour and citrusy. Not sure it is intended to be sour, but quite pleasant afterall.
