Description
Vor etwa 100 Jahre gegründet, hat sich unser in Familienhand geführte Betrieb kontinuierlich fortentwickelt.
Seit 2011 bewirtschaften wir (Micha & Elli Gottschalk) und unsere Familie in dritter Generation die Obstanlagen rund um Ingelheim und vermarkten unsere frischen Früchte in unserem eigenen Hofladen („Elli’s Hofladen“) in der Binger Str. 53 in Ingelheim.

Danke an rhoihessegold. Sehr süßer Beginn. Grüner Apfel, quasi keine Säure, gerade an der Künstlichkeit vorbei. Geht so. 9/7/7/7/8/7

Sampled @ Craft Bier Messe Mainz 2019. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of moderate sweet dry mild sourish apples. Taste of sweet apples, mild sourness, easy to drink.

Thanks to roihessegold for sharing! Apples,tart skin, quite sweetish. Easy to drink, watery sweetish, plain sweetish in the end.

22/23-11-19 // taster at 5. Mainzer CraftBeerMesse. Bottle shared with RB crew. Purchased at Getränke Stumpf. Clear yellow. Good apple aromas. A nice applewine from my city.
