33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Spiced to cadboardish aroma. Light mouldy to cardboardish flavour with a light citrusy spiced and wheaty note. Ends with a mild spice note.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color with a bubbly white head. Aroma was citrus and spice. The taste is a bit spicy and some grain. Leaves a tingle but gritty finish.

Bottle at Chris_O London bottlefest March 07. Cloudy pale gold colour with lasting white head. Bit of soapy hop, some lemon citrus. Fine, bit thin on flavour. Bit like a dull blanche.

This beer has a yellow body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the a bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is herbal with a bitter afther tast. Thanks to maupie ;-)

Appearance wise it looks like a Hoegaarden. Has an earthy smell with some spice. Fresh tasting, some of the green tea comes through although this is just a background flavour. There’s also quite a dry finish. Essentially though this is like a bland white beer. There’s a complete lack of body and depth to the taste. It’s refreshing enough but there’s not much more going for it.

Brewed for Librije, a 3-Michelin-star rated restaurant. Cloudy orange color, some chunks floating around, small head.Soft aroma of fruits like orange, some apple and hints of green tea and ginger. Malty and bit grainy taste, more bitter towards the end. Definitely green tea in the finish. Not much sweetness in this batch. Quite good actually. A colleague of mine brought it from the restaurant, but I don’t think he paid that much money and then just gave it to me for free ;-)

A yellow beer with a slight haze under a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of citurs and lesser notes of grain and brewmash. The flavor is sweet - somewhat artificial, with strong notes of citrus, but also bits of tea, that also makes the bitterness somewhat like what you find in strong brewed tea. I’m not that fond of it, but drinking it in the sun is probably refrehing.

Hazy blond color; nice perlage; big head. Very light aroma and flavors, no trace of the added ingredients, quite dry. Poor.
