Dark murky brown body with ruby highlights and a medium creamy light brown head that lingers. Sweet caramel and roasted malt aroma. Sweet roasted malt, rum-soaked fruit, caramel, molassas and light coffee in the flavor. Medium full body with moderately low carbonation.

Very fine & dense white head, over fully hazy straw beer. White wine nose, like a demi-sec, very fine southern wine. A bit of human sweat, a lot of grapes, some coriander, obviously wine like. Champenoise pearling & MF, really wine-like. Very strange, delicate beer, but not exactly exciting. Mille grazie, Lorenzo! Second rating, specially aged version at the brewery. Gushing but no head; hazy pale yellow beer. [3/5]Very grapy, white winegrape nose, sharp, going over in clear white wine. [8/10]Soft-sweet, winy taste, oseille/zurkel, like fish cooked with white wine & vegetables in foil. Exceptional flavours. Wood, vinous, some restsugars. [8/10]Fiery MF, light body yet nowhere empty. [3/5]Great beer, with a totally unedited flavourprofile. Mille grazie, Ricardo, for a try of this very limited beer. [16/20] Total: 3.8/5 for the longer aged version.

Bottle Pours out a dark cloudy amber topped with a tan head. A nice sweet aroma of pit fruit and some gains. Tast of fruit like cherry tart almost. Some belg yeast. Not to bad. Thanks Jordan

Bottle: Poured a dark and murky copper with a large beige head. Aroma is dark fruits, woody, and hints of plum. Flavor is more Belgian with spices, yeast, and citrus fruit. Some wood and earthiness. Thanks Jordan

Bottle pours a murky orange amber with a huge sandy head. Slightly sour aroma. Apples and peach maybe. The cloudy hazy palate puts me off a bit. Belgian and hoppy. A bit alcohol notes and a chalky finish

Pours deep amber into a tulip. Fluffy off-white micro head with good retention leaves spider lacing as it slowly recedes. Clean malt aromas. Sweet honey, pear, apple and pit fruit upfront with a dry, sour, peppery hop finish.

Another underappreciated beer. Had it once before at jjpm74’s gathering in the summertime, it was brought over by a friend of his. I was impressed at the time and I am glad I got a chance to revisit it. It pours the most pale of golden colors, points just for being so pale yet still golden. It’s murky, cannot see through it and yet it’s such a light color, just a "wow" special kind of appearance. Small head only keeps this from a score of 5. Aroma is very peach, not sweet artificial juice but the light sweet skin of the peach. Think tropical fruit without the sweetness. Taste is herbal-sweet-yeast. Mouthfeel is pillow-y on the cheeks, light, and so damn quaffable. Low, low bitterness, and a light milk sweet aftertaste. Nothing mind blowing, so not "Imperial" in any way but just so damn interesting and fun. If it wasn’t for the price I would want to drink this all the time.

Good, very dense yellow head, fully hazy orange-yellow beer (served to perfection by Nino at Sherwood pub, Nicorvo ). Oranges & other citrus, banana, very fruity & estery. Same fruitiness and esters, oranges, banana mash, fusels, ends on (unripe) bananapeel. Quite sweet-sourish with a good balance, helped by a feral bitter finish. Wheat slickness, lots of it, and well bodied. A rather good, if not very original Hefeweizen.
