Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, almost black. Beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, coffee, boozy hints. Taste: Roasted malt, coffee, mocha, liquorice and Whisky notes. Balance between base beer and BA is okay. Medium body, pretty thin (too thin) for a BA Stout. Moderate sweet, medium hopbitterness. Below average carbonation. Boozy finish with some more Whisky, less roasted malt and bittery palate. Nice bitterness, ok beer, but overall too thin

Als je 1 biertje pakt omdat het maandag is dan hoop je toch dat ie wat beter is. Opzich wel lekker fris. Koolzuur zwaar overdreven.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy dark orange color, decent sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some sweetness, a slight note of herbs or spices, lightly yeasty. Medium body, decent carbonation.

F: huge, white, long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: citrus, floral, bit grassy, spicy, some tropical fruits. T: light malty backbone, floral, bit grassy, citrus, tropical fruits, quite prominent bitterness, medium body and super high carbonation it takes almost 10min to pour the glass, nice refreshing beer, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Jumbo supermarket in Tilburg, Netherland.
