Keg at Mother Kelly’s, 11/06/15. Clear golden amber topped with a decent light beige covering. Nose is light pine, bitter orange, tangerine, straw. Taste comprises tangerine, lemon rind, straw, melon, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok IPA.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours clear amber-gold with a creamy white head. Oily pine in the nose, ripe fruits, orange. Medium sweet flavor, some ripe citrus, grass, gooey pine, melon. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Warming finish, resinous, with more grass, some caramel, bread, orange rind. So so.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy golden with a thin head. Nose - lemon pith. Yoghurt. Taste - light lemon yoghurt again. Palate - light bodied with a light tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - a bit on the light side even for the style.

Tap. Pours clear straw, small white heat, good lacing. Aroma is grass, faint honey, bread. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, grass, hay, biscuit, a hint of floral hops. Light body. This was pretty solid for a Kolsch...
