Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. White wine and light tart aroma. Summer fruit and tropical fruit flavor with tartness and white wine. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit and white wine lingers with tartness/light sourness.

Can split at LKS, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/16. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, light spice, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, bread dough, melon, straw, light hop presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok SIPA.

Can shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has semi-ripe citrus, pale bread, melon. Light sweet flavor with slight minerality, pithy lemon and grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more pith, dry pale malts, hay, tangerine. Easygoing beer.

Can thanks to Fergus. It pours hazy gold with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is fresh, grassy, floral, bready, straw, cracker and earth. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, light sweetness, grapefruit peel, waxy rind, minerals, floral notes and light soap with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A touch soapy perhaps, but not bad.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours dark brown/black with a creamy dark tan head. Aroma is bourbon with a hint of soy sauce. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate and marshmallow. And mild/relaxed bourbon. Finishes lightly, sweetly bourbon. Just excellent.

Tap at the Natomas venue.Pours dark brown black with a tan smear. Aroma of chocolate bourbon with a little alcohol. Full bodied at the start, but it thins rapidly. Flavor starts chocolate, moves to excellent bourbon almost at once. Heat is a flavor component. Chocolate finish. Oh so very delicious.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Keg was a bit shaken, and I couldn’t wait for the fines to settle. Pours hazy gold with a white head - tho the actual lager should be clear gold.Aroma is spicy/grassy. Near med body. Flavor is spicy/grassy/bready. Goes quite well with food truck skewers. It’s dry and spicy hoppy in the finish. Enough flavor strength to stand up to stronger flavors! Really nails the style.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours dark brown/black with a cream tan head. Aroma of lightly sour chocolate. Full bodied. Flavor is tart/sour chocolate with some bourbon impact. Finishes towards dry and earthy chocolate. It’s very, very nice.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours very hazy brown with a white smear. Aroma is very light sour berry. Med body or mayhap a bit more. Flavor is tart berry with some rye spice. The brown sugar is detectable, but not interfering with the dry sourness. Really quite good, but maybe not exactly to Flanders style.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours light berry/red with a pink tinged head. Aroma is light berry sour. Medium body, surprisingly. Flavor is light berry sour with a dose of salt. Sort of tart too. Really quite tasty and refreshing.
