Dark brown color; poor head. Simple aroma of caramel. Thin, watery flavor, with a paper touch. Poor one.

Dark amber to brown color. The aroma is malty, with a light fruitness. The flavor is lightly malty, sweet, with a pleasant hint of smoked malt; just… not enough bitter.
2004-05-15, Cask Conditioned, 6-4-7-3-13=33
Amber color. Not bad, with some malt, caramel and some roasted malt; a peculiar touch of herbs as well.

Nut brown. Roasty, flowery caramel aroma. Sweet with clean rounded maltiness and lingering salty, bitter finish. Another well made ale from Wintercoat!

Cloudy orange. Intense flowery, hoppy nose - you can tell it’s been dry hopped. Soft and full bodied. Rich. Notes of licorice. Bitter finish. Complex hoppiness American style, combined with British style malt excellence.

Brownish amber. Sweet and rounded with notes of coffee and tobacco. The malt profile id odd and interesting, but the flavour is short. Medium bitterness.

Pale yellow, really cloudy. Rich aroma of bubblegum, orange and tobacco. Sweet, mild and fruity with light, rounded body. Both refreshing and interesting.

[Cask at Gullivers, Copenhagen] The aroma is sweet hoppy with grassy notes - very fresh. The color is orange and it has a fine dense head - especially considering, that this is a cask beer. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges, yeast, peach, hops, and grass with a slight note of alcohol running over the tongue. All in all a great flavor with a very smooth mouthfeel - maybe the later is because of this being the cask version. Even though this beer is hoppy, it is not bitter enough for an IPA!

[Cask at Gullivers, Copenhagen] A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is very light with slight caramel and wood notes. The flavor is weird; caramel, slight roasted bread, wood, and something weird I can't recognize before a dry woody end. A mild of the sort I don't like. But I must admit, that I'm not a mild fan.
